Delete your account and data

You can delete your account and all personal data at any time. There are two ways.

Option 1: delete in the app (instant)

1. Open the 365 Ngày Tốt app and sign in.
2. Tap your avatar or name at the top to open Profile.
3. Scroll to the bottom, tap the small Delete account text and confirm.

Option 2: request by email

Email lienhe@365ngaytot.com from the address you registered with (or tell us which Google/Zalo account you use to sign in). We process requests within 48 business hours.

Data that is erased

• Email, phone number, password and Google/Zalo sign-in links.
• All profiles: full name, date and hour of birth, gender, avatar (anonymised, and the image files are deleted from our server).
• Background images you uploaded, reminders, notifications and check-in history.

Data that may be retained

Order and payment records (order code, amount, time) are kept in a form no longer linked to your identity for reconciliation, accounting and dispute handling as required by law. Database backups are overwritten on the regular backup cycle.

Deletion cannot be undone. Any active plan ends together with the account.
